Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of these items (perishable goods and personalisation), we are unable to offer any returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at stanandted@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
